Mag. Norbert Nemeth

Norbert Nemeth studied law (Mag. iur. 1997). From 1998 to 2002, he was head of a provincial council office at the Office of the Lower Austrian Provincial Government. He then moved to the Ombudsman's Office and became Head of Division and a member of the Higher Disciplinary Commission at the Federal Criminal Police Office.
Since 2006, Norbert Nemeth has been Club Director of the Freedom Party Parliamentary Club and a member of the Federal Electoral Authority. In March 2017, he was elected chairman of the Attersee district. He was a member of the main negotiating team during the government negotiations between the ÖVP and FPÖ after the 2017 National Council elections. He has been Secretary of the Freedom Party Education Institute since 2023, replacing long-time member Hilmar Kabas.
