Political Communication II + NLP

This year, Module IV of the Young Academy’s Basic Course was held in Linz, on 14 and 15 September 2018, under the title “Political Communication II + NLP”.

The agenda included techniques for dealing with typical communication situations that arise in day-to-day political life, e.g. for communicating positive messages in brief conversations with citizens, activating conversation partners with proper questioning techniques, and maintaining professional behaviour in conflict situations and debates. The work centred on video training, analysis and feedback.
