On October 14, 2023, the seminar "Leading at the grassroots - you and the voter" with Brigadier Josef Paul Puntigam took place at Hotel Bokan in Graz. The participants enjoyed an exciting lecture, which was handled by means of practice-oriented examples. Josef Paul Puntigam spoke about his career and the decades of experience he had gained, also due to his military knowledge.
The participants learned that leadership is not only a question of appearance, posture, eye contact and manners, but also of personality. To this end, the participants trained to develop their leadership skills through practical exercises and examples. A seminar that above all offered practical benefits for existing leaders such as district councillors or local councillors.
