Advanced Course “Political Leadership and Political Project Management”

The third module of the advanced training course “Political Leadership and Political Project Management” of the Young Academy took place in Vienna last weekend from 17-18 May 2019.

First of all, the knowledge gained from the previous seminar units was repeated before the participants presented their current project status. The statutes of a national party were also analysed. More in-depth work was carried out on cybernetic-constructivist organisational principles.

After elaborating a SWAT analysis, there was a detailed preparation phase for the participants before they travel to Vienna again in 2 weeks’ time for the final module.
