Excursion to the European Parliament
The highlight of the Europe Academy, the international module, took place from 10 to 13 November. As part of the fourth module, participants flew to Brussels to observe political work at the EU level at first hand.
On Thursday, the group began a packed program, meeting MEP and Leader of the FPÖ Delegation in the European Parliament Harald Vilimsky as well as other members of the Identity and Democracy group.
In the days that followed, the programme included lectures, guided tours and discussions with members of other parties, including representatives of the Lega Nord from Italy, the AfD from Germany, the Vlaams Belang from Flanders and MEPs from Estonia and Denmark.
The excursion to Brussels ended on a cultural note, with a trip to Ghent.
