Outdoor Seminar "Young Academy Club
Being able to rely on each other, learn something new and overcome
From June 17 to 18, 2022, the two-day outdoor seminar of the Junge Akademie Club took place in Gosau, Upper Austria. This year, the participants were once again offered a varied and exciting program.
On the first day of the outdoor seminar, the participants visited the Koppenbrüllerhöhle in Obertraun. After a joint adventure tour, in which it was a matter of overcoming, even if it is sometimes tight, the day was rounded off with a joint exchange of ideas with the colleagues from the federal states.
The second day of the seminar included a packed program. The participants showed full commitment on the via ferrata. Afterwards they went to the Plankensteiner Alm with the e-bikes.
This year's outdoor seminar concluded with a visit to the historic grinding stone quarries in Gosau.
The seminar is understood as a teambuilding event that serves to strengthen soft skills, in which personal strengths and weaknesses are defined, attitudes and ways of acting are changed, the personality is strengthened and social interaction of the participants is promoted. Special emphasis was placed on willingness to learn, teamwork, social skills, stress resistance, resilience, flexibility and motivation.
