Young Academy: Advanced Course, Module III

Module III of the Young Academy’s Advanced Course took place on 18 and 19 May in Vienna. In-depth management theories and strategy analyses were taught. In the afternoon the focus was on campaign management: staging and dramaturgy in campaigns, setting up necessary structures, briefings for contractors such as agencies, media work and crisis communication as well as budgeting and timing were all on the agenda.
