Teamwork thrives on communication exchange

From 3 to 5 May 2019 the “Communication and Team” seminar took place in Velden. Team communication is essential to achieving common goals in a motivated and effective way and to implementing projects. Simple methods can not only prevent unnecessary conflicts in the team, but also improve the overall cooperation in a sustainable way.

During the three days, lectures, workshops and practical exercises provided content and training on how to create lean structures, clearly formulate common goals, clearly distribute roles, and actively exchange information, but also how to encourage listening, give clear instructions and meaningful feedback, communicate objectively and thus criticise constructively, and above all how to treat each other with respect. The seminar content was flexibly conveyed according to the specific needs of the participants.
