Strategy workshop of the OG Schardenberg

On January 25th and 26th, 2025, the strategy workshop of the Schardenberg local group took place in the Upper Austrian educational center Redltal. Trainer Johann Josef Mucha, MBA, gave the participants insights into the organization of the local group as well as practical tips for citizen-friendly behavior, for example at the citizens' stand. The event offered both theoretical knowledge and practice-oriented approaches that the participants can apply directly in their work. The workshop was perceived as a valuable impulse for the further development of the local group and strengthened the sense of community among the participants.
