Stay calm and confident
Attentiveness training and recharging one's own batteries
From 13 to 14 April 2019 (Saturday and Sunday) the seminar “Stay calm and confident – A guide for more composure” took place at the Bildungshaus Redltalhof in Upper Austria.
The two experienced trainers Brigitte Schindl-Strache and Katharina Pawkowicz-Herbert passed on the following content to the dynamic participants:
- Learn to interpret stress symptoms correctly and counteract them preventively
- Recognise and strengthen personal resources
- Guide for healthy sleeping
- Attentiveness training
- Practical exercises for targeted and sustainable stress reduction
- Recharging one's own batteries
- Recognition of motivation factors for me and others
