Political management and political project management

The second advanced training course of the Young Academy started a few days ago entitled “Political Management and Political Project Management”. The continuing-education course lasts one semester, takes place in Vienna, and is aimed in particular at graduates of the Young Academy’s basic course from all federal states.

In around 50 teaching units, core competencies and basic principles of modern, meaning-oriented leadership and management systems are taught, developed and trained. The programme includes topics such as value-oriented leadership in complex systems, dealing with unexpected events, developing high-performance teams and preparing decision documents and practical units such as value and role model exercises as well as analyses of videos and keynote speeches.

The guiding principle was “Leading by example and with meaning!”
