Personality Training – Part 2

The seminar “Personality Training – Part 2” took place on October 25, 2025, in Leibnitz. Building on the first part of the series, this session focused on the following topics:

• Self-awareness as the key to understanding others
• Sympathy and antipathy
• Motive and motivation
• Conducting conversations
• Teamwork and public relations

Trainer Josef A. Riemer made targeted use of discussion-based methods and illustrated the content with selected video excerpts. Through video examples and personality tests, participants gained deeper insight into their own personality profiles and the dynamics of interpersonal communication.

By combining theoretical foundations with practical exercises, the seminar effectively enhanced participants’ awareness of personal impact, communication behavior, and team-oriented collaboration.
