Local Group Management Seminar
Seminar in Upper Austria
At the beginning of December, a local group management seminar organised by the Kirchham local group took place at the Redltalhof in Upper Austria. Under the guidance of trainer GV DI Dr Arthur Kroismayr, participants received a thorough introduction to key aspects of organising a local group.
The focus was on analysing the initial situation and setting realistic goals, the organisational structure and responsibilities within the local group, and strategies for recruiting and supporting new members. In addition, issues relating to public appearances, particularly at citizens' forums, and other practical topics relevant to local group management were addressed. The seminar offered a structured and application-oriented deepening of organisational and communicative fundamentals at the local level.
