Local Group Management and Communication

“Local Group Management and Communication” was the title of the two-day seminar

completed by the Salzburg City group on 5 and 6 July 2019 in Anthering.

The seminar took a practical and entertaining approach to topics such as professional

management of a local group, creation of an activity plan, motivation and leadership by

volunteer officers and positive citizen communication.

“We found this seminar very fascinating. Our expectations were not only met in every

respect, they were even exceeded,” said party district leader Andreas Reindl.
