Organise, motivate and delegate – basic work in a local group
The seminar “Local group management of the district Aschach an der Donau” was held by trainer Roman Haider in Redleiten, Upper Austria, on 23 and 24 February 2019 (Saturday and Sunday).
The local group as the basis of democratic work: Analysis, organisation, motivation, delegation, recording aims, behaviour and communication patterns and a lot more were included in this practice-oriented seminar to encourage citizens to participate in political life.
