How does our state function in theory and in practice?

Offering a brief overview of the Austrian political system, the seminar took place in cooperation with the FPÖ Academy Vienna on Wednesday, 5 December 2018. Great emphasis was placed on clarity and practical relevance.

The programme included an introduction into Austrian constitutional law, an overview of the structure and the competences of state authorities, legislation and administration, an insight into public policies, European law versus national law, and the meaning of fundamental rights and their enforceability.
