“Expect the Unexpected” - The professional way to deal with the unexpected

How to handle the unexpected professionally was discussed in the second module of the 2019 advanced training course of the Young Academy on Friday, 3 May 2019, entitled “Expect the Unexpected”, followed the next day by the basics of trust management and cybernetic-constructivist organisational principles.

One of the research and working environments was the Museum of Military History in Vienna.
