Final Module of the Young Academy

From 22 to 23 November 2024, the final module of the 11th cohort of the Young Academy took place in Vienna. Following the welcome address to the participants by FBI Vice President MP Mag. Harald Stefan, the closing speeches were delivered. These were commented on and evaluated by MP Lisa Gubik-Schuch and RFJ Federal Chairman MP Maximilian Weinzierl, both alumni of the Young Academy.

FBI Managing Director Dr. Klaus Nittmann, who presented the certificates, expressed his admiration for the quality of the closing speeches and once again emphasized the importance of high-quality education and the personal development of young political functionaries.

The Young Academy is a nationwide training program of the Political Academy of the Freedom Party of Austria (FBI) and is aimed at young functionaries and elected representatives. The one-year program, entitled “Politics and Political Management”, is conducted alongside professional commitments and consists of six modules.

The curriculum covers topics such as political communication, rhetoric, knowledge of democracy and the state, media relations, election campaign organization, and local branch management. In addition to professional training, particular emphasis is placed on the personal development of the participants.
Program Director Dietmar Heuritsch summarizes this approach:
“What is needed are not lone fighters, but team players with a heart for the people and a commitment to our country.”

The Political Academy of the Freedom Party of Austria congratulates all graduates of the Young Academy 2024 on the successful completion of the program.
